  • Entries will count from April 1-April 29, 2024 ONLY.
  • There are FIVE Polaroid Cameras, worth about $70 each. Winner selection will be RANDOM, and five people will win a camera. Participants will likely have a 1/10 chance of winning a camera.
  • You must fill out this form in its entirety to enter.
  • You must be over 18 years old. If you are under 18 years old, please have your parent or guardian enter for you.
  • You must reside in Colorado or Wyoming.
  • You can gain ONE extra entry by sharing our graphic below on social media.
  • A winner will be texted or emailed if they have won the prize based on communication preference.
  • To accept the prize, you will need to respond within 48 hours of being contacted by Donor Alliance and state whether or not you would like the prize.
